Your account

You're responsible for keeping your password confidential and for anything posted under your account. Give an accurate username; don't impersonate someone else.

Your content

You keep ownership of any video, caption, or bio you post. By posting it, you give LINKUP the limited right to store, host, and display it back to you and other users within the app. That license ends when you delete the content or your account.

Acceptable use

Don't use LINKUP to post or share:

• content that's illegal, or that infringes someone else's copyright or other rights
• harassment, hate speech, or content that threatens or endangers others
• malware, spam, or attempts to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the service

Accounts or content that violate this may be removed without notice.

No warranty

LINKUP is an independent project provided "as is," with no guarantee of uptime, data preservation, or fitness for any particular purpose. Don't rely on it as your only copy of anything important.

Changes

These terms may be updated as the app changes. Continuing to use LINKUP after a change means you accept the update.
